The food was so tasty and we had the best nights sleep.

The birthday cakes were delicious! A small thing but pillows could be improved along with the mattresses.......never been a problem in the past so perhaps just an issue in Alpe dHuez. For this week, there was only 4 of us in the chalet until Thursday and we were joined by a further 2 from Thursday to Sunday. The food they've cooked has been to an excellent standard and the wine provided has certainly hit the spot as well.

The chalet was lovely, enjoyed the sauna and we were well looked after by our friendly host Dave. Loved every minute of it.This was our first VIP holiday but definitely not our last. The accomodation, location and food were second to none. The chalet could do with a really good clean and the hot tub had been emptied before a couple of us were able to use in on the final evening which seemed a little too keen to get things done. Our Chalet hosts have been exceptional - welcoming, friendly, adaptable (for special child- friendly and veggie meal requests especially) and full of knowledge and enthusiasm for skiing!! Particularly impressive given she was alone during the week ! Our hosts Stephan and Zoe treated us like royalty (please forward our regards to them! Hot tub and sauna just what you need after a long day on the slopes. The chalet itself is very comfortable and conveniently located, but the week was made by our chalet hosts. Kids were well looked after for meals.Good food, clean rooms, very modern chalet, with superb views. The main town sits at 1869m above sea level, at the centre of the Oisans region in the French Alps. We were made most welcome firstly by Jordan then in the chalet by Verity and Millie. Group of 10 (intermediate skiers) in a sole use chalet with VIP and everything has gone very smoothly. She even let the kids have choice of food and involved them in the cooking prep at the table which was amazing. Other companies such as Scott Dunn offer an 8 hour window but you can use the time in two blocks at times set by the customer such as 09:00-12:00 and 15:00-20:00. They've been proactive and fun! Dave and Todd were the most superb chalet hosts. We were looked after tremendously well by Poyet and Hayley nothing was too much trouble .
