If someone doesn't care about charge attacks, or they don't need revive speed because they play solo, they make that choice based entirely on their own opinions with no required adherence to a meta at all. On topic despite amalgam serration the rest do not feel like they are worth the loss on dps, their side gimmicks just dont really cut it in live situations.
